I am having this same problem with Windows 10. I have a 42' Sanyo TV On windows 7 ultimate the screen resolution (zoom) looked just fine. Now under windows 7 the screen appears zoomed under the native resolution of 1280 X 720. The left and right sides of the desktop are cut off so the start menu is not visible.

I have adjusted the pix size on the TV as well as the resolution it is running at but still no luck. It would really be great if I could get this to work.
