There's an easy way to get otherwise rare items. First, get a pokemon that knows trick, covet, or thief (you can teach that one through a TM). Many people don't know that certain wild pokemon are often holding rare items. You can use one of the stealing moves to take them from them. For example, need some rawst berries? Wild numel and vulpix are always (100% of the time) holding them. Need some extra stones? Solrock hold sun stones 5% of the time, and Lunatones hold moon stones 5% of the time. Also, chinchou hold yellow shards 5% of the time, corsola hold red shards 5% of the time, clamperl hold blue shards 5% of the time, and relicanth hold green shards 5% of the time. These shards can be traded to the collector near mossdeep for thunderstones, firestones, waterstones, and leafstones respectively. Perhaps you're strapped for cash? Grimer hold nuggets 5% of the time, gulpin hold big pearls 5% of the time, and staryu hold stardust 50% of the time and star pieces 5% of the time. There are also rare items that can be collected from wild pokemon. Bagon and horsea hold dragon scales 5% of the time (this item, when given to seadra and traded, evolve seadra into kingdra). Sandshrew hold quick claws 5% of the time, shuppet and duskull hold spell tags 5% of the time, and koffing hold smoke balls 5% of the time. Geodude hold everstones 5% of the time, roselia and cacnea hold poison barbs 5% of the time, and magnetmite and beldum hold metal coats 5% of the time. Abra hold twistedspoons 5% of the time, trapinch hold soft sand 5% of the time, aron and lairon hold hard stones 5% of the time, and doduo and dotrio hold sharp beaks 5% of the time. Finally, if you are running low on heart scales, just hunt down some luvdisc in ever grande city. They hold heart scales 50% of the time! Oh, one more thing. Pikachu hold light balls 5% of the time. This mystical item both raises the special attack of pikachu and raichu and, if you give the light ball to one of them in breeding, the pichu that hatches will know the move volt tackle. Good hunting!

Use an Ultra Ball on Groudon, the Regis, and Rayquaza. I caught Rayqyaza with an Ultra Ball. Use a strong pokemon like a level 74 Exploud. (Thats what I used) and have a lot of ultra balls. NOTE:Save the game before encountering Rayquaza. Save your Master Ball for Latios. (It will flee on the first turn so use your master ball on it).

Place The Pokemon You Want To Raise In The DayCare After That Go To A Slope Where You Need To Use A Mach Bike To Get Up. Instead Get A Acro Bike (or walk) and walk up however you will fall back down find something to keep the up button pressed and over night they will lvl up alot (my pokemon was a lvl 28 I did it and it reached lvl 49 and 50) Hope this helps you!

You can get Latios in Ruby and Latias inSapphire. You can only find them in Hoenn. Theyare hard to catch so be prepared to catch themwhen you find them.

To get a Shiftry you have to use a leaf stone onNuzleaf.

To get to the battle tower you have to beat thepokemon leauge and then you can go on the S.S. Tidal and go to battle tower. (after you get there you can fly to battle tower)

The Silver Powder is a hold item that increasesthe power of Bug type attacks. There are two waysto get the Silver Powder. The first way is to winit at the Battle Tower. Use trick on all ofBrandon's Pokemon and one will have the SilverPowder!

To get the Blackbelt, go to Route 115. There willbe a trainer called Blackbelt Nob. Beat him in afight five times. On the sixth time, have aPokemon that knows the move Trick. Use Trick onall of his Pokemon. One will have the Blackbelt!Getting the Dragon Fang is the same way. Go toMeteor Falls. There will be a trainer calledDragon Tamer Nicholas. After fighting him fivetimes, use the move Trick on one of his Pokemon.One will have the Dragon Fang!

You knowthose thin bridges that you can't walkacross? Well, you use the Acro Bike to jump fromthe end of one to the beginning of another. (Thiscan be useful in the Safari Zone and on route121.)

Steven's house is in Mossdeep. Go to your left.There will be a guy. He will say this is whatSteven would want me to do, an he gives youkings rock. The house forward of him is Steven's.Inside there are rare stones. A note and apokeball. Inside is Beldum. And the note saysthat Beldum is Stevens favorite. To get to level 100, you got to train really hard at the Elite Four or mix records with your most powerful friend that has a secret base and train by battling him/her.

To get Metagross, Stevens pokemon from elitefour, beat Steven and elite four, then go toSteven's house, He will give you the first formof metagross.

Ok When you catch Kyogre/Groudon, USE AN ULTRABALL!!! Don't waste your master ball and make themistake I did. Same thing with Rayquaza. He is soeasy! After a bunch of tries I caught him with anultra ball at FULL HP!! NO LIE! So use yourMaster ball on Latios/Latias. DON'T WASTE ITBECAUSE THEY ARE EXTREMELY HARD TO CATCH AND YOUNEED A MASTER BALL FOR THEM!!!!!!!!

In mauville there is a game corner. In mauvillego to the mart, stop. Don't go in. go to thehouse on the left of the mart. go in. Talk tothe lady. She says she wants harbor mail. Go toslateport mart and buy harbor mail. go back tomauville. Go to her, she will say the samething. Then poof. She notices you have harbormail and trades you a coin case for it. Havesome money and buy coins. And play all day.

To get the Ludicolo you have to give a Lombre awater stone.

Go to the Lilycove Department Store in LilycoveCity. Talk to the lady on the first floor on theright. She will give you a Pokemon LotteryTicket. If 2 numbers on the ticket match the same2 numbers of the ID number of any of your Pokemon,you will get a ??. If 3 numbers match, you willget an Exp. Share. If 4 numbers match, you willget Max Revive. If all 5 numbers match, you willget a Master Ball!

Go to the tower which Rayquaza is and SAVE RIGHT IN FROUNT OF HIM! Have about 18ultraballs and Kyogre in front.Press a in front of him the the battle begins. Use Kyogre's IceBeam on Rayquaza and if it kills him,turn the game off and press a in front of him. If he is stillalive he'll be very weak and then use your ultraballs and then he'll be caught.

Use against Pokemon in Safari Zone(quantity:30), if you pay 500$ in Safari Zone onroute 121 they will give you 30 Safari Ball andyou can enjoy catching pokemon in Safari Zone.

Must hatch from an egg you receive at the pokemonday care, but only of Male or female Marill visitthe Day Care while one of them is holding SeaIncense.

Dive Ball,the ball that better against Pokemon onthe floor,and you can find Dive Ball at MossdeepCity for 1,000$ and at Abandoned Ship.

First when you catch Kyogre or Groudon catch itwith an ultra ball and save the master ball.Then after you beat the elite four get toPasificedlog town and head right to route 130.Find a path that leads up wards to a cave. Thatis Sky Pillar. Make your way to the top usingthe Mach Bike to find a level 70 Rayquaza waitingto be caught by the master ball you saved.

To catch Ralts, a Psychic type Pokemon, early inthe game, go into the grass directly outside ofPetelsburg. You must have a positive dispositionto encounter this Pokemon, which means yourPokemon must be attracted to you. This early inthe game, it is almost impossible for them toreally like you. It is weak at first, but apowerful Psychic type Pokemon can be very usefullater in the game.Found in Route 102

Use the following steps to capture the threemysterious Pokemon called the Regis. Go to thesoutheast part of Route 134 and dive into thewater. It is difficult to get to due to thecurrents, and it is the only deep part of thatroute. You will find a cave. At a part of thecave, there are some Braille writing on thewall. At that point, float to the top of thewater, where you will end up in a cavern. Gointo the last room by going forward, use Dig,and in the next room you must do somethingstrange. Put a Relicanth in the front of yourparty, and a Wailord at the last place. Walk tothe top of the room and read the Brail . Youwill trigger an earthquake, which will unlockthe Regis. You can fish up a Wailmer to evolveat level 40 at Route 122, and find a Relicanthoutside Sootopolis in the underwater grass(rarely, but it is there).

Once you are able to track down Sharpedo in yourPokedex, do whatever is necessary to capture it.It is an excellent Water/Dark Pokemon thatalready knows Crunch, Dark's most powerfulattack. His speed is incredible and will be ofgreat use later in the game.

Other than trading for Pikachu, it can be foundon Route 116.

Treecko is a Grass type Pokemon. You can get itas a starter. Treecko evolves at level 16 andturns in to Grovyle, a Grass type. After that,it evolves again at level 36 to Sceptile, aGrass type.

Torchic is a Fire type Pokemon and you get it asa starter. Torchic evolves at level 16 and turnsin to Combusken, a Fire/Fighting type. Afterthat, it evolves at level 36 into Blaziken, aFire/Fighting type.

In Pokemon Contest houses, you may enter yourPokemon into a contest for a chance to win amedal. However if you enter without any Poroklevel ups, you will have a very low chance ofwinning. The way to raise this is to go out andfind the trees with berries on them, then pressA. You will then receive 1 to 4 berries. If younow go to a Pokemon House, you will see smallgray machines on the right. The empty one on thetop is for multi-player. For now, find a housein a city that only has a man at the bottom. Goto the other side of the machine and press A.You will then be asked to pick a Porok (berry)and throw it in. The spinner will come down andstart moving. The objective is to press A justwhen the spinner hits your arrow:Circle Within A Circle: Direct hit (much faster)Circle: Near hit (slightly faster)X: Miss (slower:The faster you (and your opponent) get thespinner moving, the better. Once the meter atthe top hits the end, it is over and the resultsand the fastest RPM the spinner was moving willappear. You will then receive a Blended Porok.The level of it depends on how fast you got themachine going. The average appears to be 11.Next, open your Special Items Pocket and go toyour 'Pez dispenser' type item (which you musthave to play the game -- it is obtained from thegirl in the first contest house). You will thenpick a Blended Porok and feed it to a pet,making one of his Pokemon Contest stats(viewable in the Poke-Navi) go up. Some can evenraise multiple stats. The more you do this, thebetter chance you have of winning.

The best type of starting Pokemon (in order)are: Water, Grass, and Fire.

You need a Pokemon that knows the Endeavor move.Have the Pokemon get hurt so that it only hasabout 1 HP remaining. Go into battle with thepokemon that you want to catch. Trecho, Tochic, and Mudkip can only learnGigadrain (Trecho), Flamethrower (Tochic), andHydropump (Mudkip) in their original stagearound level 40.

When facing your rival at the start that hasTreecko, use a level 6 Wurmple; Mudkip use alevel 7 Silccoon or Cascoon; Torchic use a level5 to 6 Wingull. Wingull can be found in Route103. Wurmple can be found in Route103. To getCascoon or Silccoon, evolve Wurmple at level 7.

When you first use the Itemfinder, it may seemas if it only gives generalized hints aboutsurrounding items. However, upon closerinspection, each use turns your character in thedirection of the buried item. By moving in thatdirection and using the Itemfinder again, youcan effectively track down any item.

A Master Ball can also be found in the Team Aquahideout. You only have one chance of getting it.

Buy at least ten Pokeballs and you will get afree Premier Ball.

You can only have sixteen items stored in yourSecret Base.When you are trying to find a good base foryourself, look inside every different base youfind. The interior of the rooms differ fromplace to place, though some are the same. If youalready have a base and want to see insideothers, save your game, enter it, and make ityour base if it suits you.

When you go on the Abandoned Ship and end uptalking to a man who needs a Scanner, find aroom with water in it. Have a Pokemon that knowsDive and can use it with you. Dive at the end ofthe pool, and come back up slightly away. Youwill be in a room with six doors. In each willbe a key to the next room. It will shine on theground, but it may just be a shiny piece oftrash. The key is in door two. Go back and talkto the man again. He will say to deliver it toCaptain Stern for him, and that he wants tofurther explore the ship. Fly back to Slateportand go into the ferry ride. Captain Stern isthere. Talk to him and he will offer a trade forthe Scanner; the Deepseascale, and theDeepseatooth. The Deepseascale raises theSpecial Defense of a Clamperl, and theDeepseatooth raises its Special Attack.

In order to do this, you must Have waterfall,Surf Pokemon at least level 35. Aqua/Maga willsteal the meteorite. However, there is more forthe Meteor Falls. Go deep into the cave. UseWaterfall on the fall. Go through the cave andfind TM 02.

Go through the tunnel by the cable cars thatlead to Mt. Chimney. Then, go right until youcan go up. You will find a person looking at asort of 'pine tree'. Talk to him to receive TM43or Secret Power. You can now make Secret Bases.

After defeating the Elite Four, go to Lilycove.Go into the inn and talk to the man there. Hetalks about some people who call themselves GameFreak. If you go upstairs you will find them,just like in Celedon City in Pokemon Red, Blue,and Yellow. Also, go in front of the inn keeperwatching television. He will get mad andyell, 'Hey you, down in front! Move I can't seethe television!'.

Whatever the experience points needed for thePokemon you left in the Daycare Center to reachthe next level, is how many steps you need totake when walking around. For example, if yourPikachu was on level 3 when you left him at theDaycare Center and he needs 57 experience pointsto reach level 4, you must take 57 steps for himto reach that level.To make your Pokemon levels up faster, go to theDaycare Center and drop off a Pokemon. Gooutside and walk forwards then backwards (orvice versa).Put your Pokemon in the Daycare Center and leaveit. Go down and to the left. There should be aline of trees. Go directly up against the treesand get on your bike (Acro recommended, as it isthe fastest). Ride all the way to the left asfar as you can go. Keep going back and forth asfar as possible and eventually your Pokemon willgain levels fairly quickly. This is also usefulif you want eggs.Note: If you leave your Pokemon in the DaycareCenter for too long, it will not evolve into itsnext form (if it has one).

Press B on a bike to pop a wheelie. Without abike you will run.

Get the Acro Bike and hold B without moving theD-pad to bunny hop.

Once you reach Mauville City, there is abuilding called Rydel's Cycles. Go inside andtalk to Rydel. Once he learns that you havewalked from Littleroot Town to Mauville City, hewill give you a bike to ride. There are twobikes that you can have -- the Mach Bike and theAcro Bike. The Mach Bike can go fast, but hasvery bad handling. It is used for riding upsandy slopes and for speeding past crumblingfloors in some caves. The Acro Bike is the oneyou can do tricks on. It does not go as fast asthe Mach Bike, but has very good handling. Youcan hold B while riding to do wheelies, or stopand hold B to do little bunny hops. You can alsotap B + D-pad in any direction to take littlejumps. This bike is used for getting acrossnarrow, white rails that span some rivers.

After you become league champion. watchtelevision for rare Pokemon sightings andspecial deals at shops in Slateport.

Torchic proves to be the best as you get fartherin the game, but proves to be difficult in thebeginning. Mudkip is strong in the beginning,but weaker against the Elite Four. Mudkip is agood choice if playing Pokemon Ruby. Treeko issomewhat neutral, but is best to choose ifplaying Pokemon Sapphire because of Team Aqua.

You can find Trick Master's house aboveSlateport City. Sometimes you have to get a HMmove to complete the level. There are tasks tocomplete and trainers to battle. You have tofind a scroll and memorize it, then go to thedoor in the back. You will see Trick Master.Talk to him and he will give you a prize. If youwant to see him again, you will have to wait forhim.

When going after the legendary representing theteam of your game (Team Aqua or Team Magma),bring about 30 Ultra Balls, quite a few Revives,and at least a level 50 Pokemon. The Pokemonwill be at level 45, and will be extremelydifficult to catch. The only sure way to catchit is if you bring a Pokemon with a move thatwill freeze or paralyze it. Try as hard as youcan not to kill it, but get it down to a redzone so far down that you can barely see it.Then, go mad throwing Ultra Balls at it. Do notuse other Pokeballs. The will help greatlyagainst the Elite Four and the final Gym leader.

After catching Groudon, it should know FireBlast, Slash, and Earthquake. Do the side questwhere you have to go to New Mauvile and getThunderbolt. Teach Thunderbolt to it, making itforget Slash. Then, go to the Safari Zone andget Solarbeam. Make it forget the move that isnot Earthquake, Fire Blast and Thunderbolt, andteach it Solarbeam. Your Groudon now knows fourof the most powerful moves in the game and theyare all of different types. Get it up to level70 and it will almost never lose.

First, try using Kyamome or a Water/Grassstarter. Then, try Water/Fire starter Grass atlevel 20 to 25. Finally, try Sandshrew with lotsof Ground attack.If you chose Torchick as your first Pokemon, youwill soon find out that the first Gym Leaderwill be difficult without the proper Pokemon.When you reach the first beach area (next to theforest entrance), try to catch a Wingull. Thenwhile in the forest, spend some time to level itup and your Torchick. Get the Wingull to atleast level 10, and the Combuskin to about level16 to 18. You can now take out the threeGeodudes the Leader has with the Wingull's Water-Gun, and use the Combuskin as backup.

After you become the champion of The Elite Four,go to Lilycove City. Enter the huge market onthe roof. On certain days, there will be a ClearOut Sale with good items for a Secret Hideout.

To get a secert base you need secert powder.Youcan get secert powder on route 111 and after youget it you should be able to get it in slateportcity.

There's an easy way to get otherwise rare items. First, get a pokemon that knows trick, covet, or thief (you can teach that one through a TM). Many people don't know that certain wild pokemon are often holding rare items. You can use one of the stealing moves to take them from them. For example, need some rawst berries? Wild numel and vulpix are always (100% of the time) holding them. Need some extra stones? Solrock hold sun stones 5% of the time, and Lunatones hold moon stones 5% of the time. Also, chinchou hold yellow shards 5% of the time, corsola hold red shards 5% of the time, clamperl hold blue shards 5% of the time, and relicanth hold green shards 5% of the time. These shards can be traded to the collector near mossdeep for thunderstones, firestones, waterstones, and leafstones respectively. Perhaps you're strapped for cash? Grimer hold nuggets 5% of the time, gulpin hold big pearls 5% of the time, and staryu hold stardust 50% of the time and star pieces 5% of the time. There are also rare items that can be collected from wild pokemon. Bagon and horsea hold dragon scales 5% of the time (this item, when given to seadra and traded, evolve seadra into kingdra). Sandshrew hold quick claws 5% of the time, shuppet and duskull hold spell tags 5% of the time, and koffing hold smoke balls 5% of the time. Geodude hold everstones 5% of the time, roselia and cacnea hold poison barbs 5% of the time, and magnetmite and beldum hold metal coats 5% of the time. Abra hold twistedspoons 5% of the time, trapinch hold soft sand 5% of the time, aron and lairon hold hard stones 5% of the time, and doduo and dotrio hold sharp beaks 5% of the time. Finally, if you are running low on heart scales, just hunt down some luvdisc in ever grande city. They hold heart scales 50% of the time! Oh, one more thing. Pikachu hold light balls 5% of the time. This mystical item both raises the special attack of pikachu and raichu and, if you give the light ball to one of them in breeding, the pichu that hatches will know the move volt tackle. Good hunting!

Use an Ultra Ball on Groudon, the Regis, and Rayquaza. I caught Rayqyaza with an Ultra Ball. Use a strong pokemon like a level 74 Exploud. (Thats what I used) and have a lot of ultra balls. NOTE:Save the game before encountering Rayquaza. Save your Master Ball for Latios. (It will flee on the first turn so use your master ball on it).

Place The Pokemon You Want To Raise In The DayCare After That Go To A Slope Where You Need To Use A Mach Bike To Get Up. Instead Get A Acro Bike (or walk) and walk up however you will fall back down find something to keep the up button pressed and over night they will lvl up alot (my pokemon was a lvl 28 I did it and it reached lvl 49 and 50) Hope this helps you!

You can get Latios in Ruby and Latias inSapphire. You can only find them in Hoenn. Theyare hard to catch so be prepared to catch themwhen you find them.

To get a Shiftry you have to use a leaf stone onNuzleaf.

To get to the battle tower you have to beat thepokemon leauge and then you can go on the S.S. Tidal and go to battle tower. (after you get there you can fly to battle tower)

Other than evolving, Duskullops can be found atthe Sky Piller.

If it is raining in route 119, then it is hightide in Shoal Cave.

Whenever you find Latios/Latias follow it. Whenits in the same area as you are save your gamethen walk through the grass for a while.Eventually youll bump into it, then get apokemon with mean look to use it on them. The second way is to goto Route 120. There should be a Bug Maniac namedBrandon. You have to beat him in a battle fivetimes. On the sixth time have a Pokemon thatknows the move Trick. Use trick on all ofBrandon's Pokemon and one will have the SilverPowder!

To get the Blackbelt, go to Route 115. There willbe a trainer called Blackbelt Nob. Beat him in afight five times. On the sixth time, have aPokemon that knows the move Trick. Use Trick onall of his Pokemon. One will have the Blackbelt!Getting the Dragon Fang is the same way. Go toMeteor Falls. There will be a trainer calledDragon Tamer Nicholas. After fighting him fivetimes, use the move Trick on one of his Pokemon.One will have the Dragon Fang!

Use the following steps to capture the threemysterious Pokemon called the Regis. Go to thesoutheast part of Route 134 and dive into thewater. It is difficult to get to due to thecurrents, and it is the only deep part of thatroute. You will find a cave. At a part of thecave, there are some Braille writing on thewall. At that point, float to the top of thewater, where you will end up in a cavern. Gointo the last room by going forward, use Dig,and in the next room you must do somethingstrange. Put a Relicanth in the front of yourparty, and a Wailord at the last place. Walk tothe top of the room and read the Brail . Youwill trigger an earthquake, which will unlockthe Regis. You can fish up a Wailmer to evolveat level 40 at Route 122, and find a Relicanthoutside Sootopolis in the underwater grass(rarely, but it is there).

Once you are able to track down Sharpedo in yourPokedex, do whatever is necessary to capture it.It is an excellent Water/Dark Pokemon thatalready knows Crunch, Dark's most powerfulattack. His speed is incredible and will be ofgreat use later in the game.

You can only have sixteen items stored in yourSecret Base.When you are trying to find a good base foryourself, look inside every different base youfind. Talk to him and he will offer a trade forthe Scanner; the Deepseascale, and theDeepseatooth. The Deepseascale raises theSpecial Defense of a Clamperl, and theDeepseatooth raises its Special Attack.

In order to do this, you must Have waterfall,Surf Pokemon at least level 35. Aqua/Maga willsteal the meteorite. However, there is more forthe Meteor Falls. Go deep into the cave. UseWaterfall on the fall. Go through the cave andfind TM 02.

Go through the tunnel by the cable cars thatlead to Mt. Chimney. Then, go right until youcan go up. You will find a person looking at asort of 'pine tree'. Talk to him to receive TM43or Secret Power. You can now make Secret Bases.

After defeating the Elite Four, go to Lilycove.Go into the inn and talk to the man there. Hetalks about some people who call themselves GameFreak. If you go upstairs you will find them,just like in Celedon City in Pokemon Red, Blue,and Yellow. Also, go in front of the inn keeperwatching television. He will get mad andyell, 'Hey you, down in front! Move I can't seethe television!'.

Whatever the experience points needed for thePokemon you left in the Daycare Center to reachthe next level, is how many steps you need totake when walking around. For example, if yourPikachu was on level 3 when you left him at theDaycare Center and he needs 57 experience pointsto reach level 4, you must take 57 steps for himto reach that level.To make your Pokemon levels up faster, go to theDaycare Center and drop off a Pokemon. Gooutside and walk forwards then backwards (orvice versa).Put your Pokemon in the Daycare Center and leaveit. Go down and to the left. There should be aline of trees. Go directly up against the treesand get on your bike (Acro recommended, as it isthe fastest). Ride all the way to the left asfar as you can go. Keep going back and forth asfar as possible and eventually your Pokemon willgain levels fairly quickly. This is also usefulif you want eggs.Note: If you leave your Pokemon in the DaycareCenter for too long, it will not evolve into itsnext form (if it has one).

Press B on a bike to pop a wheelie. Without abike you will run.

Get the Acro Bike and hold B without moving theD-pad to bunny hop.

Once you reach Mauville City, there is abuilding called Rydel's Cycles. Go inside andtalk to Rydel. Once he learns that you havewalked from Littleroot Town to Mauville City, hewill give you a bike to ride. There are twobikes that you can have -- the Mach Bike and theAcro Bike. The Mach Bike can go fast, but hasvery bad handling. It is used for riding upsandy slopes and for speeding past crumblingfloors in some caves. The Acro Bike is the oneyou can do tricks on. It does not go as fast asthe Mach Bike, but has very good handling. Youcan hold B while riding to do wheelies, or stopand hold B to do little bunny hops. You can alsotap B + D-pad in any direction to take littlejumps. This bike is used for getting acrossnarrow, white rails that span some rivers.

After you become league champion. watchtelevision for rare Pokemon sightings andspecial deals at shops in Slateport.

Torchic proves to be the best as you get fartherin the game, but proves to be difficult in thebeginning. Mudkip is strong in the beginning,but weaker against the Elite Four. Mudkip is agood choice if playing Pokemon Ruby. Treeko issomewhat neutral, but is best to choose ifplaying Pokemon Sapphire because of Team Aqua.

You can find Trick Master's house aboveSlateport City. Sometimes you have to get a HMmove to complete the level. There are tasks tocomplete and trainers to battle. You have tofind a scroll and memorize it, then go to thedoor in the back. You will see Trick Master.Talk to him and he will give you a prize. If youwant to see him again, you will have to wait forhim.

When going after the legendary representing theteam of your game (Team Aqua or Team Magma),bring about 30 Ultra Balls, quite a few Revives,and at least a level 50 Pokemon. The Pokemonwill be at level 45, and will be extremelydifficult to catch. The only sure way to catchit is if you bring a Pokemon with a move thatwill freeze or paralyze it. Try as hard as youcan not to kill it, but get it down to a redzone so far down that you can barely see it.Then, go mad throwing Ultra Balls at it. Do notuse other Pokeballs. The will help greatlyagainst the Elite Four and the final Gym leader.

After catching Groudon, it should know FireBlast, Slash, and Earthquake. Do the side questwhere you have to go to New Mauvile and getThunderbolt. Teach Thunderbolt to it, making itforget Slash. Then, go to the Safari Zone andget Solarbeam. Make it forget the move that isnot Earthquake, Fire Blast and Thunderbolt, andteach it Solarbeam. Your Groudon now knows fourof the most powerful moves in the game and theyare all of different types. Get it up to level70 and it will almost never lose.

First, try using Kyamome or a Water/Grassstarter. Then, try Water/Fire starter Grass atlevel 20 to 25. Finally, try Sandshrew with lotsof Ground attack.If you chose Torchick as your first Pokemon, youwill soon find out that the first Gym Leaderwill be difficult without the proper Pokemon.When you reach the first beach area (next to theforest entrance), try to catch a Wingull. Thenwhile in the forest, spend some time to level itup and your Torchick. Get the Wingull to atleast level 10, and the Combuskin to about level16 to 18. You can now take out the threeGeodudes the Leader has with the Wingull's Water-Gun, and use the Combuskin as backup.

After you become the champion of The Elite Four,go to Lilycove City. Enter the huge market onthe roof. On certain days, there will be a ClearOut Sale with good items for a Secret Hideout.

To get a secert base you need secert powder.Youcan get secert powder on route 111 and after youget it you should be able to get it in slateportcity.

Right after you you talk to profser birch at thebeggining of the game you have to move on. Youcan't battle over there. you have to go to thenext city. You will have to evolve your pokemon.the pokemon gym leader has a very strong pokemon.

You can get the master ball in the lily cove department store or The team magma or aquahideout. [After you leave the hideout you CAN NOT get the master ball.]

To catch Groudon, go to the cave of Origin inSootopolis city. You can use a Masterball orweaken it and use an Ultra ball. It is at level 45.

So you get an egg near the pokemon hotspring. Take 2 pokemon a boyand a girl and put them in the daycare go to another town then come back talk to the daycare lady then she will tell you to go to the daycare man he gives you an egg the go to another town then go back to the daycare then he will give you another egg. Keep doing that to get a whole box full of eggs.

Go to Mauville City. Go to route 118 ( on theright). There will be an aroma lady there next toa ledge. Go right beside the ledge so she can seeyou. Make sure the ledge is between you and her.Once she faces you, she will climb the ledge asif it was never there. It's not really important,it's just funny.
